Established in the 1960’s and with many thousands of projects completed, BRC can draw upon one of the largest pools of expertise to fully assess any roofing problem.
We are self-certifying for building control and can take full consideration of the building regulations, Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations and other statutory requirements for any project large or small.
BRC can provide structural surveys and calculations.
As well as being members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors, BRC have numerous independent accreditations.
In short, BRC can fully design and manage any roofing solution form a small repair to a major re-roofing project.

From your initial query, we will arrange for one of our surveyors to contact you and make an appointment to inspect the site and building. We will produce a report with recommendations and quotes based on options available. This service is free of charge.
If you decide to proceed, you will be allocated a dedicated team will agree a programme of work with you, and keep you informed of progress. Once finished, we ensure all sites are left clean and tidy.

KEVIN M TAYLOR FIoR
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Our group managing director has over 45 years’ experience in the roof refurbishment industry and in 1986 he was the youngest person ever to be awarded a fellowship of the Institute of Roofing (IoR).
Kevin is past Regional Chairman of both the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) and the IoR.
Kevin was National President of the NFRC from 2020 to 2022 having been on the NFRC board since 2014. He is currently serving on the board as immediate past president.
In October 2015, Kevin took over as Chair of the Roofing Industry Alliance, the umbrella organisation for all roofing training in the UK.
In 2016 he was approached by the CITB and took up a position as one of only three specialist sub-contractors on the CITB council to advise the main board on the use of the £180m training budget.
He has written numerous technical and factual articles for trade journal and NFRC on a range of roofing topics.
